How to buy
- Add the product/products to the cart and click on "Check out" on the upper part of the page
- Select your shipping, agree to the terms and click on "Check out now"
- Fill the blanks and click on "Review order"
- Select the payment option and pay.Subscription
Yearly subscription means you'll get three issues sent to you. When making the purchase you have to choose from the drop-down menu whether you want to start the subscription from the current issue or from the next issue.
Issues will be usually published in April or May, July or August and November or December.
- We ship worldwide with a regular registered post (carried by Estonian Postal service Omniva). Once your order is shipped we will let you know and send you the tracking code. Within Estonia we're also shipping via parcel services by Smartpost and Omniva.
- The shipping usually takes 7-14 working days for European countries and 21-29 working days to everywhere else. Usually it doesn't take that long, but depending on the postal services it might and sometimes maybe even longer. Please contact us in case you haven't received your parcel in that timeframe.
- If the customer order Products for delivery outside of the EU please note that the customer’s purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer.
Terms and Conditions
1.1 The present terms and conditions (the “Terms” ) are applicable for all legal relations, products ("the Products") offers, sales and deliveries between the customers (hereinafter also referred to as “You”) and diskustommagazine.com run by Roosa Banaan OÜ ( the “Web store” ), reg. code 11420001, registered address Lõime 7-6, Tallinn 10314 Estonia.
1.2 In addition to the present terms and conditions, the legal relations arising as a result of purchasing the Products from the Web store are regulated by applicable legislative acts of Estonian Republic.
1.3 Web store has the right to change the present terms and conditions. All the changes will be published online on diskustommagazine.com website and will come into effect immediately after their publication. Using the site or by placing an order the customers agree to be bound by present terms and conditions.
2.1 Prices in the Web store are stated in euro (€).
2.2 The prices don’t include the shipping costs. Shipping costs are specified in the order sum at Checkout for the customers to review before confirming the order.
2.3 If the customer order Products for delivery outside of the EU please note that the customer’s purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer.
2.4 Web store price list is valid for timely paid invoices. Web store has the right to change the prices indicated on website. All the changes will be published online on diskustommagazine.com website and will come into effect immediately after their publication.
2.5 Should the order be placed before the price change have occurred, the customer is obligated to pay the price which were in force at the time of placing the order.
3. Purchase and payment terms
3.1 In order to purchase a product from the Web store, please select the product and click “Add to card“ button. When you click the button “Shopping Card” then you can see the items on the card, change the amount and remove them. You can also see the shipping cost and total amount.
3.2 When confirming the order enter your name, e-mail address, name of the Company (when the invoice is to a company), shipping address and phone number. Please double-check the billing and shipping information, since quick and uninterrupted delivery of your order depends on the accuracy of the info submitted.
3.3 In order to make payment you can choose between these options:
- credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) through the service offered by Maksekeskus.ee;
- bank link payments through the service offered by Maksekeskus.ee;
- Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay;
- Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor;
- Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor;
- Finland: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki.
Please note that we do not store customer’s credit card details within our website database. The total amount will be paid when confirming the purchase.
3.4 The contract enters into force the moment the payment is transferred to Roosa Banaan OÜ bank account.
3.6 If the buyer has a promotional code, it can be entered in the shopping cart. After entering the promotional code, the new price will be displayed along with the current promotion. Promotional codes can be obtained during different previously unannounced campaigns. The relevant campaign information also contains information about the validity of the promotional code. When you return products with a promotional code, the amount paid under the promotional code will be refunded.
4.1 Web store ships worldwide with a regular registered post. Once your order is shipped we will let you know and send you the tracking code.

4.3 Web store is not responsible for the delivery delays or problems that are due to the incorrect entering of the shipping address by the client.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 After receiving the Product the customer has the right to familiarize with it during 14 days time. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchased Product, you have the right to return it in 14 days time by sending a corresponding message to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.2 The Product must be sent back in their original package and condition. You have to ensure that the Product being returned is unused and in perfect condition. Please note that unused means that there are no marks or damage on the item. Web store will not accept Products with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the Products will be returned to the customer.
5.3 When returning the Product as specified in Clause 5.1 and 5.2 the Web store will return the sum paid for the order and original shipping fees (but client pays the fees for the return shipping and delivery). The due sum is to be transferred to the customer's bank account not later than 14 days after receiving the client's return claim, provided the product has been returned by the same deadline, i.e. during 14 days.
5.4 If you discover a defect of any kind in a Product delivered by us, please contact us as soon as possible to raise a formal complaint. This will entitle you to a replacement Product or, in cases where this is not possible, a refund. If the product delivered is wrong or damaged we will arrange the free return. Sellers of consumer goods within the EU are obliged to guarantee the conformity of the goods with a contract, for a period of two years after the delivery of the goods.
5.5 Web store reserves the right to cancel the contract when it is not possible to deliver the Products the customer ordered or one or more products the customer ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we cancel the contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account the sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but no later than within 30 days since you placed the order.
6.1 All the content available on the Web store, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, video and audio clips (the "Content") is the property of the Web store and is protected by Estonian and international copyright laws.
6.2 It is not allowed to use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, modify, or otherwise exploit the Content in full or in part, for any purpose without linking the original source.
7.1 The customer hereby gives the Web store the right to use certain personal information. Information that is provided while performing a purchase is collected by the Web store in order to fulfill the customer order and to develop the service provided to the customer.
7.2 Web store may collect the following data: Customer’s name, company name (when applicable), address, e-mail, phone number, payment method and purchased product information (including size).
7.3 Web store may forward the customer’s personal information regarding the delivery of the Product to the chosen delivery company.
7.4 Customer’s personal information is protected by all security measures required by law. Web store will not forward the personal information to any third parties, unless it is obligatory under the law.
7.5 The customer has the right to control all personal information related to the customer and ask Web store to change personal information.
7.6 The Web store may send the customer special offers, newsletters and questionnaires via the email provided upon placing the order if the customer agrees to this.
8. Liability and Force Majeure
8.1 The Web store and the customer are mutually liable for any damage caused to another party by not complying to the present terms in amount and in cases provided for by the applicable European Union legislative acts unless the damage incurred is be caused by circumstances beyond the control and could not have possibly foreseen (Force Majeure).
8.2 The Web store liability connected to any products acquired through the Web Store is strictly limited to the buying price of the products.
8.3 Any links to other websites which are not operated by the Web store is out of our control and we accept no responsibility for them.
9. Governing Law
9.1 All matters not covered by the present terms are to be resolved based on the applicable legislative acts of Estonian Republic.
9.2 All the disputes between the customers and Roosa Banaan OÜ regarding ordering and buying products from the Web store are to be resolved by negotiations. Should the compromise not be reached, the Parties have the right to turn to Customer Protection Department or Harju Maakohus (Harju County Court) in order to protect their rights.
